To thread regarding MSFT puts---- Notice the relatively very high volume in the leaps 2002 PUT options. Could it MSFT selling 2002 puts with a strike of 70? It is unusual to see such high volume in puts at one strike while there is no activity at other strike prices--and also little activity in call options. 70 is also the logical next step from current puts outstanding--highest price now is the 65s.

I think MSFT does sell put sales do show up in trading activity----even if a buyer is found prior to the transaction (as it appears in this case).
Any other opinions?
Here is the put option page.

BTW--I noticed the same volume in January 62.5 puts in the 2001 options.
