Richrad, that is a very good question, I do not have an answer, and we may all find out that this release is just another P&D, but Mike is Canadian, so no recourse, I believe. From the few discussions I had last year with Mike, it is very difficult for me to come to a negative conclusion of D&P, but I am not the best judge of character, so do not count on me in this respect. Note however, that in my analysis in the post you responded to, I took numbers that are much lower than those claimed in all recent news release. If these were all false, I think that Jensen cannot go "scott free" on that, or can he?
Finally, Richard, the TA indicates a trend change, so until I start and see some major blocking action (large volume puny price movement), I'll stay in, hoping to enjoy the ride. These are "free shares" after all (VBG).
