"GATEFIELD CORP files addtl proxy materials." newsalert.com Gatefield is begging everyone to vote for everything. I'm asking you to consider the consequences of the reverse split and additional shares and vote NO to everything. Go online and vote. Who owns your shares? What is in it for you (the shareholder)? I feel as if I'm being blackmailed by this company. I find it impossible to believe that Gatefield can find no financing or belt tightening plan without the shareholder suffering the loss. The only regret I have is voting for Saxe. I should have voted against the whole bunch. Vote your shares (even if you don't agree with me). Let's get it over and then we will know where we stand. Tom
