This is how normally a spin out is done. After all, if you own the company, and the company is made of several parts, and they choose to spin out part of the company, how can they ensure that you - the owner - will still end up with the same equity as before?

Am I wrong in my assumption? Will holders of BKS not receive shares of BNBN for their equity in BKS?
