Purely a suggestion as a possibility. One thing that seems to have cooled the market was the feds bias towards raising interest rates. One company that seems to be benefiting from that is a company that I follow and was invested in but needed the cash. ACAS is the symbol and they pay an 8+% dividend as well. There is plenty of info available on them and their website is an excellent resource. I would be happy to exchange thouhgts on the company after you do your DD(if you choose to) Do not want to influence your perspective. I am not currently invested in ACAS although I was in the past and am considering re-entry as soon as I can free up some $$ Would be very interested in your thoughts. Glen
