Slate and 24601 --

As I ordered my Wave cap this evening I too was contemplating the possibility of using the Wave system to sell physical product. I know that the company has said they couldn't get into physical delivery because it would make them liable for shipment. I'm also aware of the idea that 24601 put out about using digital certificates to purchase products. That looks like what they're doing with their own merchandise. The question, it seems to me, is whether or not doing this makes them liable for shipment and if so whether this is a risk that the company could in any way assume. The fact that they'll sell their own stuff in this manner is intriguing, but it doesn't answer the question, because it is their own product and they are liable anyway. It's a good question.

Looking forward to donning my new cap. Looking forward to great things to come from our company. And it's especially great to know that no one will ever again ask the question...does anyone have any information about when WAVX will be re-listed on NASDAQ?

Let this be the last time those words are ever uttered.

Cheers.
