FCCN has held firm while the other U.S. ISPs have imploded. When the company closes on its two pending acquisitions, they will have quadrupled their subscriber base from 15,000 to 60,000. Assuming that the deals are not too dilutive and a relatively healthy market, a big assumption at this point, the closings could propel the stock into the 20s. Plus: wowfactor.com
