Rambi, it means Neoconservative, someone who was a liberal or socialist who decided to jump ship and support Reagan in the '80s...most of us are simply conservatives by now, but it still distinguishes us from supporters of Pat Buchanan, for example, because we are not isolationists, and it implies a certain background...Anyway, yours is the kind of stuff that will get you somewhere, I think, at least locally, so keep at it...
