Keith, The TSE website states listed companies are to release material information through a recognized "full text news service." There are three of these: Canada Newswire, Canadian Corporate News, and ISDN News. You've listed the first two of these, and ISDN E-News Services is found at isdnwire.com The TSE requirement is found under Listed Companies FAQs at "What's the process for releasing information to the public?" tse.com I agree that Canada Stockwatch should speed up their news release service.
