Hi BrownGirl DTC stands for the depository trust and simply stated, they list out all the "houses" that hold a particular stock.. Its an excellent tool which companies utilize to somewhat track their stock. They can see where the large holdings are, how they move throughout the week and if certain "houses" are moving them back and forth. Hope that helps.
