Wade, your analysis is appreciated.
Trying to value this thing as a proportion of book value brings up some interesting data:
In 1994, it traded at 2.35% of book.
Indeed, in all recent years except 1998, it has been above 1x Book.
...1993....... 1.99 x Book.
...1994....... 2.35 "
...1995....... 2.17 "
...1996....... 1.15 "
...1997....... 1.19 "
...1998....... 0.80 "

That's a historical P/BV of 1.60.
Which would equal $5.32.
Not sure we will get there in the current environment, but its a reasonable expectation over time.
