Jerry, Great analysis. I am so happy to see it. With patience, the 1.60 times BV is absolutely achievable. It is just the matter of time. This is the way of value investing in a new growth industry. I think E85 is going to be more popular in mid-west because of higher content of ethanol is used which is made in that area. The rest of non-producing states probably will only use it to replace MTBE. I agree with RFA that ethanol and renewable fuels should be encouraged to reduce purchasing foreign oil. We can reduce federal deficit and increase tax revenue if ethanol is widely used in automobiles. HIPC is in politically and environmentally correct industry. I think we should see rapid development of these technology and incentive for doing so. Our HIPC will be there. Sincerely, Wade
