swig, the problem with msgi is that it is really a venture offering. In general VC seems to have moved to the general equity markets which is fine with me and better for all. However it means that some companies like msgi are going out prematurely. Thats the only problem I have with that issue. If we are going to do public funding of ventures, maybe there should be a new designation for them.
