Sue - I waited for Canada Stockwatch to get Nasdaq L2 for over a year. Finally got mytrack a few months back and haven't been dissappointed. Personally if CSW gets full L2 capabilities I would be worried about bandwith. I already had netscape crash when I asked CSW to run a few Nasdaq flyers on my live portfolio.

I like Canada Stockwatch for research, charts, trade info etc... but I don't entirely trust it for US stock prices RT.
