Correction:
My annual Price / Book Value listed earlier was taken from year-end data.
The high of those numbers was at the end of 1994, when it hit a maximum of 4.7 times book.
Still, that is an excessive valuation, and I don't expect to see $15.50 (which is 4.7 x current book) anytime soon.
...but it is an interesting observation, no?

More Fundamental stuff:
Profitable 4 of last 6 yrs.
They have made as much as 74-cents in a year (1996).
Reasonable number of shares, only 16 million outstanding.
Reasonable debt levels.
Book value above stock price.
PSR ratio below 0.5
...Six yr. avg. = 1.37
...So getting to that average would = $ 7.84.
Personally, I like PSR as a valuation tool, especially when the company has solid financials and is making money.
(and the earnings estimates of 50% growth for next year doesn't hurt either).
