I had owned the fund and did receive a detailed and proper
explaination for the fund going open ended. There was of
course no mention of his leaving. Being a Canadian not
wanting the hassle of owning an American open ended fund,
I sold the fund shares at a very wee profit prior to it's
being de-listed. Actually quite some time after letting my
subscription run out.
