A couple of other companies I know are related, but not exactly pure plays are Cendant CD which owns RCI that handles exchanges for timeshare and condo owners and I beleive is now making a market in resales [a potentially important issue given the "Roach Motel" history of this industry] and RZT that books rentals and took a big hit today. This isn't a recommedation on either...just a heads up on stuff that might fit similar theme.
