Everyone remember that deal with Falcon Northwest regarding a "secret project" collaboration?

Well, here it is: (from Blue's News)

Falcon Voodoo3 3500 @ 200 MHz [Blue-9:30 PM EDT]
Falcon Northwest sends word they've added another high-end card to their "Special Edition Series," a 200 MHz version of the Voodoo3 3500. Here's the some of the poop from the press release:

The Falcon Northwest Special Edition is designed for hard-core gamers who demand the highest possible performance for white-knuckle game play. The special edition boards are expected to be available in July 1999 in limited quantities.

The Voodoo3 3500 TV card, with Falcon Northwest speed enhancing technology, enables the board to be clocked at 200MHz, part of a line of Falcon Northwest Special Edition projects.

The release goes on to describe performance numbers:

The Falcon Northwest Special Edition: Voodoo3 systems will feature highly optimized Voodoo3 hardware and software. The new systems are expected to generate up to 9 million triangles and 400 Megatexels per second at resolutions of up to 2,046 by 1,536 pixels.

Enjoy!
