Thanks for the heads-up. Delphi, which will be included in the S&P 500 Index after the close of trading on May 27, will be the world's largest auto supplier after the spinoff. Just my opinion, I would not expect any announcement regarding anything between GLE and Delphi until at least Friday.... which is May 28, the day that Delphi is officially spun off from GM, and is included as part of the S&P500 index. Indeed it would be most prestigious for GLE to announce a major arrangement with Delphi after these items have taken effect.
