Shapiro holds several million shares of MTC and probably countless options at crazy low prices. He just gave a qlowing report to analysts for the coming year so if he knows something special that he is not disclosing to us lowly shareholders you might see him unload much more than 200k shares...a 9% drop today jusy b/c of the Merck drug is a good buying opp.
