To All: Earnings to be released Thursday March 13 per CLIX Investor Relations. CLIX & VTEL merger still on track and no acceleration in merger schedule per the FTC announcement. Merger to be completed July 31, 1997. No additional information on the final CLIX one time adjustments from the sale of the Broadcast unit (ie. accural's vs actual). Also rumor on the VTEL board that CLIX may have to delay China sales into next quarter but this is not confirmed from CLIX but rather everthning still appears to be on track. We should know the complete story tomorrow regarding these two transactions. EKS
