Now I find a couple of things revealed here to be curious. On the GDIS website globaldatatel.com , Michael DeMarie is still listed as an officer of the company, but in the Nevada filing, it says that Mr. DeMarie has resigned. Secondly, what relationship (if any) does "The Travel Agent's Hotel Guide" have to GDIS, other than that they share Mr. Baker's executive skills?
