TSMC closed up on the TSE tonight, so I guess it wasn't considered a big deal (in fact, it had a very impressive intraday high). Hard to call. I didn't even know TSE actually produced DRAM directly for sale (without going through a third party). So much for "pure play" foundry business. Steve
