I hope you don't seriously believe that the Chinese embassy bombing was deliberate. Our foreigh policy team is highly incompetent, but I don't think they are insane. I agree we should compensate the Chinese as well as the Yugoslavs for the damage we have inflicted in this highly stupid conflict. This way, perhaps we can undo some of the damage to world harmony. I too expect at least a severe correction in US stocks. They are priced for perfection, and it seems that the world doesn't look that perfect anymore. In fact it starts looking suspiciously like the bad old days of the 70's and 80's. K
