Hi, Sam: Don't disagree with you that the future of PC-TV is in integration. No idea what IP HAUP brings to software, RF or chip design but hopefully, it has survivable, licensable engineering. Would give HAUP credit for carving out a niche, though. Wouldn't have thought they'd hang in there--especially in the recent deflationary era--but go to their Web site. Lots of initiatives underway. As I've commented, the right strategic alliance(s) could secure HAUP's longer term position. Would like to see them push digital radio as well. BAM P.S. Just watching, no position.
