CET Environmental Services, Inc. Awarded Army Corps of Engineers Contract
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- CET Environmental Services, Inc. (Amex: ENV) announced that the Company is one of three contractors that has been awarded a Multiple Award Remediation Contract (MARC) valued at $12 million by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District. Under this three-year contract, CET will provide remedial and interim remedial activities throughout the District's four-state geographical region: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
The contract, which will be managed out of CET's Edmonds, Washington office, will consist of work at military and other government installations and will require the implementation of a variety of traditional and innovative cleanup technologies. Mr. Scott Schulein, Vice President, Federal Programs, stated, "This contract represents a strategic opportunity to complete remedial actions that we have been involved with in the district's region under our other contracts. This contract is a cornerstone for changes that CET is undertaking in the Northwest Region." |
