Do you think they're going to sit around and watch Bezos spend their money, or do you
think they're going to be searching AT THIS MOMENT for any example of
misrepresentation made by Bezos or Covey so they can declare the bond contracts null
and void?


All the risk warnings were in the 10Ks, 10Qs and the prospectuses for the bonds, etc. The bondholders have to live with the risk they took.

I do not know what rights the bond holder have regarding the business use of the funds if any.
