Envoy's Devlin Subsidiary Signs E-Marketing Agreement with ProcureNet

TORONTO, May 25 /CNW/ - Devlin Applied Design, a leading-edge internet
application development firm and a subsidiary of Envoy Communications Group
(ECG:TSE), announced it has signed an e-Marketing agreement with ProcureNet
Inc., a leading procurement solutions and services company based in Fairfield,
NJ. Devlin will develop an e-Marketing program for ProcureNet's OneSource(TM),
a suite of products and services designed to help customers streamline their
purchasing processes and facilitate business-to-business electronic commerce.
Devlin Applied Design will create advertising, exhibit graphics, and
sales tools for ProcureNet.com, who chose Devlin over three other North
American companies. The Devlin/ProcureNet agreement was officially announced
at the recent Canada-U.S. Businesswomen's Trade Summit, where Devlin's
President, Catharine Devlin, was an invited participant. The Summit - the
largest of its kind in the world - is designed to promote women, who are the
driving forces behind small- and medium-sized enterprises.
''The agreement with ProcureNet enhances Devlin's position in the U.S.
market and strengthens our resolve to expand our services throughout North
America,'' says Catharine Devlin, President of Devlin Applied Design. The
announcement is just one in a series of recent new contracts for Devlin.
Others include Toronto Public Library, ClubLink and McGraw-Hill Ryerson -
Lifelong Learning.
''Devlin's skills and vision were integral to the successful development
and launch of ProcureNet and its suite of OneSource(TM) products,'' says
Charlene Smith, Director of Marketing for ProcureNet. ''The new agreement will
continue to tap into Devlin's strengths, providing ProcureNet with a unique,
targeted and integrated marketing program that leverages the strengths of
traditional and new media.''
