L....It doesn't forecast as much as monitor. It tracks buy and sell INTENTIONS rather than actual buy-sell between brokers and dealers.

Click on the big arrows beneath the chart to get the exact definition of how the chart works. I use it with some other chart.

Kind of fun. I haven't used the other features of the site. Yesterday it showed buy interest in WCII, but it took the tubes.???
