Company update, March 26th.... March 26, 1999 From the Desk of John Schmitz I am pleased to report we are well on our way to becoming a fully reporting company. To date, we have had our accountants thoroughly examining each division to insure its' compliance with FASB accounting methods. Changes have been instituted where required, and new standards and practice policies have been implemented company wide. As a result, we have chosen not to pursue certain opportunities. We remain resolute about our current goals and direction. PanAmerican BanCorp is committed to growing as a dynamic financial services company utilizing Internet technologies as the driving force. Ken Christian of First States is spearheading the finalization of the corporate financials. Upon completion we will begin the process of moving from OTC:BB to NASDAQ. The process for filing the thrift is well underway. There is still much work to be done. I will report progress as it occurs. Healthcorp continues to sign new doctors and medical groups to its list of clients. Six new practices will be added in April including the largest Neurological Group in Northern New York. Recently, PanAmerican Healthcorp sponsored a day long Patient Resource Center seminar in Manhattan. Response to the seminar has been very positive and as a result, the first certified membership recruiters are now onboard. Insider Trading is progressing nicely. The Garden City, NY office remains SRO and the new Boca Raton office is busy with people opening accounts. Some of the first traders are online now. A seminar is scheduled in Uniondale, NY on March 30, and spaces are quickly filling. The Internet Group is preparing for the rollout of DEAO.com, the Internets most innovative and exciting destination hub and e-commerce center. Larry Roof, our R&D Director, is a guest speaker at the upcoming Microsoft Tech.Ed conference in Dallas and will be "leaking" some details of DEAO.com and the Electronic Superbill to the Microsoft crowd.
