I'm not sure you'll get your buy price, but I've been very bad at predicting Pixar's price. I thought we would build a base at 45 when we broke through solidly to 49, but then the downgrade slammed us back to the low 40's. It's odd, even when Steve Jobs had the investment bankers cheering for Pixar's future earnings at the H&Q conference last month, the stock price actually moved down.
A repost of mine from Yahoo:
What else is Pixar doing besides Feature Animation?
Partial Answer: Look at the interview of two Pixar employees last month by Digital Bits. How much money does Pixar make off of commercial work? And how about those "other things" that Pixar's working on? You've got to be nuts if you're short on this company!!

Bill Hunt - The Digital Bits: Guys, let's start things off by talking a little bit about Pixar as a whole, then moving on to your work on A Bug's Life. How big is your operation there, and how many different projects are you working at any given time?
Bill Kinder: Sure. Well, I think we're pushing 400 people on staff here now...
Leo Hourvitz: Yeah, and usually we've working on a couple different things at least.
Bill Kinder: Mostly shorts, and a few commercials aside from the feature film projects.
...........
Leo Hourvitz: There are some other things that we're working on, but it's too early to talk about them. Toy Story 2 is definitely the main focus now. It'll be pretty special.
