I missed most of the conference, but here is what I picked up.

1) Expanding their European operations soon.

2) A Japanese joint venture to be announced shortly.

3) Constant expanding of product differentiation especially in their call center product.

4) More companies about to be signed up.

5) Trying to make more of their revenue base re-occurring and not just a one time purchase. >>

Gordon Gekko: Thanks for the NETP CC summary. Did NETP management talk about the types of client companies they are targeting in the future? It's nice to see them discuss overseas initiatives as well as the new call center market.
