I think Celtic is going to leave Jilbey in the dust this time.

There is a friendly rivalry between the two, as they are JV partners
on a lot of their properties, but Celtic has a major property announcement that is all their own this time.

Also they are owed a good pick by the Indonesians on Java, where they
have properties already.

Since their property man is Mike Bird, (John Felderhof's buddy)
they are in good hands.

Like they say, a Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.(groaner)
