first of all management wasn't a liar.

You people always assume the minute that something doesn't go your way it is because of crooked behaviour.

Secondly I said that anyone who sold on the 18th and assumed they would still get the Dividend was kidding themselves.

Also I have been here since the fall of 1997 and I have little simpathy for someone who got in solely for the purpose to buy in and then sell just to get the free shares of TIPS.

If you treat Investing like it is gambling then expect to lose from time to time.

Stop bitching about tips . Who gives a rip.

Start asking why people don't slap the market makers with phonecalls, because the stock isn't at $3

I'm up to 2.6 million shares.

Am I whineing because they made an error? No I am not.

They didn't say that the dividend was canceled. They said that it was changed to around august.

TNRG has never done a dividend before. Tilton has never done a Dividend before.

Ever Call the SEC or the NASDAQ? Half the time the people on the phone don't know the rules.
