i dont believe it... maybe something is wrong with ETRADE.. I had a sell order in for some VTPI at .75 this morning that never filled and then tried to double up and buy more in the 60s and they wouldn't take it.. each time I put in a limit buy 2cents over the current ask... and still no fill... back to 70s now.. feel bad for those who panicked and sold out jim
