Dana,

I think you are correct, the PEG ratio (Price-to-earnings to growth) would be around 1.0 which is about where you would want to sell (ie. the stock has become fully valued and/or is entering the overvalued condition). Seeing how volatile this stock is I would probably sell around that value and wait until it had dropped back under a PEG of 0.5 to repurchase it (24 based on 1997 earnings or 31 based on 1998 earnings)
