Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Announces Initial Public Offering
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (BROCADE®) today announced the initial public offering of 3,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $19 per share. The shares, all of which were offered by BROCADE, are being traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol ''BRCD.'' The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
