One topic that was discussed in my conversation with the company was who was selling the stock in size recently. Names that were mentioned were Goldman Sachs (4m shares previously held by WDC), and Smith Barney.
I can't confirm the Montgomery rumor, but I do know that the company has had contact with that firm's analyst. Other interested firms are:
Todd Baker @ Hambrecht
John Dean @ Solomon
Robbie Stephens
Art Blain @ Sands Brothers (never heard of these guys)

The company did day that the insider holdings represent 30% of outstanding shares, and that the Atari holders were considered strong shareholders. I don't remember the number of shares issued to Atari, but 55-60m shares comes to mind. Does anybody have that number?

I'm going to be talking to the chief tech. officer tomorrow
I'm going to ask about sourcing relationships and their plan to start production on the MR head drives which is supposed to start in July.
Any other questions that people have?
Post them and I'll try and make sure that they get asked as well.
FYI the company said that there are 131m shares outstanding after the 25m conv. debt offering.
The stock seems to be firming up a bit today. (hopefully)
