Excellent NEWS ... It is the Company's intention to immediately enter into a formal agreement with this buyer, which could result in more than $30 million in gross income in the first year.

Plus they went with Angela Harding and of the PRs fighting for the position I liked her the best. :-)

This one just became a real sleeper.
