The most important part of this press release, and the reason why the PCP&L price tag was not too high, is that Traeger and Harper will be part of THQ for the next 5+ years. Since these two are the most important reason to buy the company, aside from whatever programming technology and software rights they have, it was crucial to sign long-term contracts with them.

I think that the slow and measured pace at which THQ has made acquisitions will prove to be a wise course of action.
