HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 1999--PanAmerican BanCorp (OTC BB: PABN) announced today that it has retained Harold L. Kestenbaum, a nationally renowned franchise attorney, to establish the legal structure for the franchising of Insider Trading Centers. The franchising of Insider Trading Centers will enable PanAmerican BanCorp to rapidly achieve a dominant position in the burgeoning electronic day trading market. Franchised Insider Trading Centers will also provide a marketing, training and support infrastructure for all electronic day trading activities including the Insider Trading online trading services.

Mr. Kestenbaum has been a franchise attorney for over 20 years. He has represented over 90 companies in the franchise field and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Sbarro, Inc., a NYSE listed company.

PanAmerican BanCorp was initially formed to take advantage of undeveloped niches in international mortgage banking and to provide technologically advanced applications for the mortgage industry.
