ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS!! Congradulations to those who hung on through the quiet consolidation period. This long awaited news sure has me wondering if Mr Tilton might consider merging GMCH into CHIF eventually as it would seem that combination Coffee & Beer type cafe/bar stores would be the logical fit.It would make GMCH automatically a reporting company as well as CHIF is already a reporting SEC compliant company.I will see what he his view on that is next time I speak with him.We still have Francorp U.S. franchises to look forward to as well. T A P has received 1.4 mil shares of GMCH from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year.
