I don't want IDT to spinoff everything. The other Telcos are aquiring. IDT should keep evereything and maybe one day in the future, 5 - 10 years (yes I will own that long - as long as the story continues to grow), spinoff to the shareholders. The only reason why others (some)companies are IPO'ing the internet properties is because they know they are not worth anything, and they want to make a quick buck. But, eventually, all Interenet Co's will be valued just like other companies, e.g. earnings, (this may be happening already). And only the cream of the crop will maintain thier valuation.
