As promised, I have stayed away from the thread and believe me I have plenty I could be saying. Let's just clarify a few things though just in case recent posts are referring to me.

1. Nothing I say or do has anything to do with CLCK, ABMI or OZON and this has been stated before. Although I must say OZON has become a subject of my interest of late as a result of information I received May 15, 1999 and that poster knows what I'm talking about and I'll leave it at that. For the record, I am not Melinda.

2. On the subject of 98 lb weaklings, pleeze Stroke! Assuming you are in part referring to me as one of the bullies, I will tell you right now that the only thing that socks me in the mouth is the truth. Right now I have my opinion on what it is and anytime someone wants to debate me feel free. Be warned though I'm pretty stubborn when I have close to 100 posts to refer y'all to.

3. Finally, the only issue here is RDIM and the InvestRight Clubs 2.4 million unrestricted .171/2 cent shares. Look at the HHD website and you will see Mr. Folger referring to InvestRight as one of the ''sponsoring investors''. Look at Jeff's May 8 post where he tells us the InvestRight Club got the company off the ground. Recent outstanding shares are pegged at about 16 million. Do the math folks and you get around 15% of outstanding shares held by InvestRight Club. Does this constitute beneficial ownership on the part of the InvestRight Club? Personally I think it might but that's for others to decide.

What I do know is that a very public share count was held on/about February and the 2.4 million unrestricted shares do not appear to have been included. What I do know is that I and others were referred to the smilex site for details on ''the original private placement'' where .46 cent, not .17 shares were shown. What I do know is the Jeff is the only member of the InvestRight Club that I know of who has posted publicly on RDIM. What I do know is that Jeff was enthusiastic about sharing his DD from Dec-March and now its do your own DD, call Folger yourself, beware the short traders, etc etc.

What I do know is that there has been no explanation provided as to why the 2.4 million free trading shares were left out of the share count and why the smilex site was referred to as the source of information on the ''original private placement.'' And what about the Schedule D filing required by the SEC in 504 placements. What I do know is securities law requires such a filing. What I don't know is whether it's been done.

Sorry folks, I would rather not post at this time but if the subject is going to come up then I'm going to respond. And I must say if the mantra of the evil short traders comes up again I'm going to scream.

So it has nothing to do with OZON, CLCK, ABMI or EVDS for that matter. It has to do with the InvestRight Club's relationship with RDIM and certain posts over the past several months.
