The Company will locate its servers at Exodus'(TM) new Washington, D.C. area Internet Data Center (IDC) located in Sterling, Virginia and also plans to locate additional servers at Exodus' London, England IDC, currently scheduled for a late spring opening. The Company will utilize Exodus' state of the art, high-speed, redundant Internet backbone and network management facilities designed for 24x7 Internet operations to deliver its content.
