I've been following the precursor shell company TRAM for months. Very tightly held shell, no buys or sells for months, no bid/ask either. Shell owner was looking for the ultimate merger candidate. I've had open orders in for weeks trying to buy TRAM, with no success.

Reverse merged with Light Management Group Inc. LMGR is on track for at least $25M revenues in the digital projector business in 1999.

As it turns out, the technology for digital projecters is applicable to fiber optics. They can get 65K channels onto a fiber strand, versus Nortel's 160. If they can get 65K channels per fiber in a production manner, then this is MEGA-MEGA-MEGA big news.

Fiber technology came from Russia. Appear to be acquiring other firms as well.

Float: less than 1M (probably a lot less -- there was almost no activity on the old TRAM shell). No insiders are selling.
