I look at this as an analogy.....If I have $10 in my wallet would I sell my wallet along with its contents for $7. The answer is no....
If you are daytrading BKS then you wont make alot today, unless you shorted at the open of course. IMO, all parent companies sell off the day when the subsidiary goes public.....I cant remember the last parent company that went up.
