Nandu - Money does not matter. They cannot say that the rich relegions can promote their views to the general public on public property just because they have the money.

I would put my neck out and say that the request will be denied by the city's attorney. And if not, i see chaos in the future since they will have established a precedent which they cannot back out of.

I will go even further to say that this may go to the supreme court if it loses in lower courts. - ratan
