Henry, IMO if they had no value CHIP wouldn't be seeking anything, they liquidated all their other holdings for no gain. Why oh why do you think they retained the CA properties? Naxos got a CHIP scientist expert in playa clays, why would they do that if there wasn't anything of interest? I have nothing further to say about this, sorry I posted anything. I won't make that mistake again. :-(
