If you look at distec.com you will see a rather cryptic annoucement that has been made since my last post. It somehow relates to some financial assistance they are expecting to close soon. My bet is that curent shareholders will be diluted. Well wait and see. When the annoucement was made the stock yawnd and went down another $.25
